1.SKIPPING THE BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping the breakfast may cause serious health problems like hormonal imbalance, lack of memory, mood swings etc. Along with these issues, skipping breakfast causes our metabolism to slow down and in turn results in weight gain and fatigue.

2.CONSUMING EXCESS PAINKILLERS:

Painkillers like ibuprofen and aspirin are NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS(NSAIDS). These drugs are effective against mild to moderate pain, but if consumed regularly it can cause ulcers, stomach ache, high blood pressure or even heart attack. These medicines are good for temporary relief but if consumed regularly it can cause serious health problems.

3.PROCESSED FOODS:

According to a new study, regular consumption of foods like bread, chips, noodles etc. causes depression because the toxins present in these products are highly responsible for the chemical imbalance in our brain. Some studies also show that the consumption of processed foods may even lead to life-threatening disease like cancer.

4.LACK OF SLEEP:

Lack of sleep is a common affair these days. Busy lifestyle, work-load and hectic schedule often leads to late night activities. But this habit of skipping the proper sleep cause fatigue, irritation, and anxiety which results in depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc.

5.WRONG SITTING POSTURE:

Wrong sitting posture may be the main reason for lower back pain and flabby belly. Beside this wrong sitting, posture causes muscle strain and also reduces the flexibility of the body.

6.DRINKING LESS WATER:

Deficiency of water in the body causes fatigue, anxiety, lack of concentration, lack of creativity. It is also responsible for the poor immune system. Therefore it is medically recommended to keep your body hydrated.
